Price per person includes:

FLIGHTS
Flights are available from most UK airports to Orlando International or Sanford Airports flying with chartered and scheduled airlines. Flights are usually with First Choice, Monarch, Britannia and Thomas Cook flying NON-STOP to Sanford Airport, just on the north side of Orlando itself. Flights into Orlando International are available with British Airways and Virgin Atlantic from London and Manchester only.
As flight-prices to America vary from week to week please contact our office for an up to date price
for your party and departure date. (prices can vary between £400 and £900)

PREMIUM CLASS SEATS - A Touch of Class – (Prices vary with Airline - supplementary cost)
Many flights to Florida now offer a select number of seats on the flight with added luxury. Priority and shorter check-in at the airport, extra leg-room and space at your seat, complimentary drinks and choice of menus, personal video screen, priority baggage. Please advise at the time of booking if you want to indulge yourself and enjoy luxury and comfort on the long-haul journey.

Price excludes: Insurance (£75.00 per person over 2 years) excursions and entrance fees, incidental charges (i.e. laundry, drinks) etc. Car up-grades, supplements for an additional driver or under 25 yrs. driver, baby seats, airport levy or any new Government levy.

Prices are based on the exchange rate of $1.7 = £1.

Passports: An individual MACHINE READABLE British Passport is required by EVERY PERSON. There should be at least six months validity left on your passport. Other nationalities should check with the American Embassy. Applications for British Passports should be made at least 4 weeks in advance.

Visas:
New regulations require a machine readable passport. Visas will be required if you have been convicted of a criminal offence. Please check with the American Embassy. Irish Citizens need a visa.

HOLIDAYS FOR OTHER DURATIONS CAN BE ARRANGED PLEASE APPLY.

EQUIPMENT HIRE:
Many of our properties already have hoists or shower chairs for your use. If you need other equipment please ask ouroffice for details.

GROUPS:
Special arrangements can be made for groups and we look forward to your enquiry. As we try to ensure that your accommodation suits your needs, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If You Don't Drive:
We can arrange for special transfers from our three hotels only to the Theme Parks. This service is NOT
available with the bungalows. This is a mini-coach with tail-lift and wheelchair tie-downs that holds 6/8 people. We can provide adapted transfers on arrival and departure plus a number of shuttle bus transfers to and from the Theme Parks. However you have to arrange the timings etc. when you arrive. If you take this option please note that you will be restricted to where you can go as there are very few pavements (sidewalks). At nighttime, therefore, you may find it difficult to leave the immediate area of your hotel.

Your Transport: Car hire is arranged with Dollar Rent-a-Car who offer on-site delivery at Sanford and Orlando Airports. Most Tour Operators do not provide the cars with Loss Damage Waiver Insurance and local taxes and levies etc. These you normally pay as an extra when you pick up the car (approx. £280 on a 2 week holiday). This is NOT the case with our car hire.

OUR PRICES INCLUDE Unlimited Mileage, Loss Damage Waiver. Additional Insurance Liability Cover up to $1m. 6% State Tax, 8% Airport Levy and the $2.05 per day Environment Tax. All these we include as standard.

There is an additional OPTION - Above Package PLUS any number of drivers (over 25 years) and a full tank of fuel. This can be arranged at a total cost of £20 per Vehicle for the two weeks.

All options exclude: Fuel, Additional Driver fee $6 p.d.(except add-on Option), under 25 years surcharge $22 p.d., Infant Seats $5 p.d.

Special Transport Available:
Can accomodate one wheelchair with 5 additional passengers Or 2 wheelchairs with 3 ambulant passengers. Minivan equipped with power steering, power brakes, electric windows and mirrors, central locking, automatic transmission, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, reclining seats, full air-conditioning, stereo with tape deck, privacy curtains, wheelchair restraints with shoulder harness and powered wheelchair lift or ramp. Milage allowance of 150 miles per day is free. Any excess 35 cents per mile. If your flight arrives into Orlando after 8pm, there is an extra charge, payable locally, of $50 plus taxes. Insurance Charge: There is a one-off charge of £105.00 to cover Collision Damage Waiver (CDW/LDW) and Supplemental Liabilty Insurance (SLI). This policy will cover uo to 28 days in Florida. A WORD OF WARNING: Drinking and driving in the US is an extremely serious offence. Also it is against the law to have alcohol inside the car. It MUST be placed in the boot.
