the village of Clecy. The area outside the houses is flat but the village
itself has some steep roads owing to its situation over-looking the
river. Both houses adjoining each other are more or less identical.

village just 4kms from Falaise in the Calvados region of Normandy and
within 2 hours of the Le Havre ferry. In one building the lower floor
has been converted into fully accessible accommodation. Lounge/kitchen
with double sofa bed - gas cooker - oven - fridge. 2 bedrooms with 2
twin beds. Bathroom with roll-in shower. Separate toilet. Grab bars
at shower, wash-basin and toilet. [Doors: +92cm, Bed ht: 50cm, Toilet

Falaise

This is a two storey building, of which
the ground floor is fully accessible. There is a lounge, dining room,
lounge(sofa bed), two twin bedded bedrooms, shower room and toilet. On
the first floor there are two twin bedded bedrooms with en-suite facilities.
Patio area with garden furniture and barbecue. The British owners offer
an extra service in the adjoining farmhouse of meals with wine included
plus use of splash pool, book and toy library. In addition there is a
second gite above the smaller house (not accessible to wheelchairs users)
so that larger family groups can be accommodated.
