General Information

How to book:
Please complete the booking form, print it out and sign it, then return it together with a deposit and insurance premium for each person to our office.

Price includes:
Return flight, in-flight catering, free baggage allowance, transfers from your destination airport to your resort or self-drive car where appropriate, accommodation, meal service as shown, airport taxes and VAT. (Except Florida and France - see individual pages.)

Price excludes:
Flight supplements, insurance, single or other room supplements, charges for sports facilities, cots or foods for infants, items of personal expenditure (i.e. laundry, excursions, telephone calls, etc.).

Passports and Visas:
It is your responsibility to have a valid passport for the duration of your holiday. If you hold a passport other than UK, check whether you need a visa. We cannot be held responsible for the cancelling of any holiday as a result of incorrect documentation and in such cases refunds will not be considered.

Health Matters :
We recommend wherever possible the EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) is obtained prior to travel if visiting an EC country. It is essential that all persons on medication or attending the doctor obtain permission to travel from their doctor, Some airlines require a Doctor's Certificate stating "fitness to fly".

Insurance :
It is important that you take out Holiday insurance at the time you make your booking. Details of cover can be found by clicking the insurance 'button".

Flight Details :
Timings shown on this website are local timings. At the time of publication some published flight schedules were subject to confirmation. Inevitably some variations will occur and we will advise you as soon as possible provided we are given notice by the airline. Minor changes (i.e. change or aircraft or airline) may be reflected in your travel documents so please check them carefully. Where no airline or aircraft has been specified we are still awaiting final confirmation of these details.

Accommodation:
We have made every effort to describe accommodation as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, hoteliers, owners can change, or withdraw facilities and/or services after publication and we will advise of any important changes provided we are informed. Air-conditioning is normally only available during the high season.

Meals:
Half board represents bed, breakfast and one main meal (Lunch or Dinner). Bed and breakfast is usually continental style breakfast unless "buffet" is indicated when cheese, meats etc. are available. The American system is room only.
