Situated
in the Matagorda area of Puerto del Carmen, a short distance from the
airport. The wide promenade along the beach is a two minute walk down
a gradual slope and a shopping centre with restaurants is approximately
the same distance.
The resort is proud to advocate “Conservation and Art” and
they are part of the movement for “Responsible Tourism”. Throughout
the grounds, which abound in palm trees, and inside the bungalows are
many works of art either created there or designed during a guest’s
visit.

With 70 bungalows spread across the resort it preserves a peaceful and
relaxing atmosphere. There is no programme of evening entertainment and
the immediate area encourages a slow and tranquil environment. Occasionally
professional performers have concerts.
Although, officially a 2 Key Resort, the quality of the apartment bungalows
is excellent with a total of 21 fully wheelchair accessible apartments
all with differing decors. All have a small patio terrace with sun-loungers,
well equipped kitchen with oven/grill, microwave, fridge, coffee maker,
kettle and toaster. Lounge/dining area with two sleeper couches, satellite
TV. Roll-in shower with grab-bars and folding seats and grab bars next
to the raised toilets. Hair dryers and iron/board.

Most buildings have a twin bedroom but there are a few with two bedrooms
so the apartments can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 adults plus 1 child.
On site there is also a reception area, a restaurant so you can arrange
breakfast or dinner or order snacks for the poolside - special vegetarian
and coeliac diets are available. Pool with hoist, mini-market and small
massage unit, internet corner and free wifi connection. Washing machines
and additional roll-in shower and accessible toilet close to the pool/restaurant.
There is a charge for use of the safe, lounger cushions, fans, or electric
heaters. A small number of apartments have air-conditioning which is charged
extra.
You are asked only to use the bio-degradable shampoos and soaps provided
free of charge in the apartments.
