About our Pricing
At Access Travel we believe that our clients like to know the total cost of their holiday before they book. Unfortunately in today’s market, airline prices can fluctuate on a daily basis. We have included a chart for each property which gives prices throughout the season, based on the flight prices available at the time of updating our website for the new season. These should act as a guide only. Before you book, we will give you a quotation based on prices current at the time for your particular requirements.
Most property prices on the website are PER PERSON and include:
- wheelchair accessible transfers
- airport tax *
- fuel surcharges *
- baggage allowance *
- usually based on flights from Gatwick * or ferry from Dover. However, we do offer flights from many regional airports.
* For Jersey the ferries/flights are NOT included. The price is based on accommodation and transfers only.
We will try to adhere to the prices as closely as possible, however, with the current volatility in the financial sector and because many of our customers fly from regional airports, these prices are likely to fluctuate.
Please contact our office for an up to date quotation before booking. In this way we can ensure that your holiday is ‘Tailor Made’ to your requirements and that you are fully aware of the total cost before booking.

Passports and Visas:
It is your responsibility to have a valid passport for EACH individual travelling including children. If you hold a passport other than as a UK citizen, check if you require a visa. If visiting the USA the passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the date of your return journey. With increased security arrangements there are restrictions on the waiver scheme to America and, as from September 2010, there is a charge. For more information, please check http://london.usembassy.gov/index.html We cannot be held responsible for the cancelling of any holiday as a result of incorrect documentation and in such cases refunds will not be considered.
It is essential all travellers obtain the EHIC Health Card prior to travel to any EU country. It is vital that all persons on medication or attending the doctor obtain permission to travel from their doctor. Some airlines require a doctor’s certificate stating “fitness to fly”.
This is essential and we recommend this Travel Insurance policy, which covers pre-existing medical conditions. If you do no take out our cover you will need to supply the name of your insurer and the policy number.
With the range and variety of airlines we do not publicise flight schedules in our brochure. Prior to booking we will check out available flights for you to choose from and confirm the details on your invoice. Inevitably some changes can occur after you have booked and we will advise you as soon as possible, provided we have been given notice by the airline. Minor changes (e.g. change of aircraft or airline) may be reflected in your travel documents so please check them carefully. Arrangements for meals etc. in the event of any flight delay are the responsibility of the airline.
We have made every effort to describe accommodation as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, hotel owners can change or withdraw facilities and/or services after publication. We will advise of any important changes provided we have been informed. Air conditioning is normally only available at the height of the season.
Half Board represents bed, breakfast and one main meal (Lunch or Dinner). Bed and Breakfast is usually continental style unless “buffet” is indicated when cheese, meats etc. are available. The American system is room only.
